Platinum-based drugs are widely used in the treatment of malignant tumors; however, platinum-based chemotherapy regimens can cause a series of adverse events (AEs) in patients, which limit their clinical application and reduce the quality of life. In recent years, with an increase in reports of platinum-induced muscle-related adverse reactions, patients' quality of life has been affected to varying degrees, and there is a lack of corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures in clinical practice. Therefore, in-depth exploration and analysis of platinum-induced muscle adverse reactions are of significant importance.
