Chronic kidney disease (CKD) can progress to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) if not treated in a timely manner, directly affecting the patient's quality of life and prognosis. Early diagnosis and intervention can significantly improve patient outcomes. In addition to routine laboratory indicators and medical history, the development and application of diagnostic and prognostic risk prediction models can aid in predicting disease outcomes for patients. However, there is currently a lack of CKD diagnostic and prognostic prediction models based on transcriptomics.
