Figure 4 shows the funnel plot of the Mendelian randomization analysis, with the effect estimates of each SNP symmetrically distributed around the overall effect estimate. The SNP scatter points are distributed on both sides of the effect estimate, with a precision range of approximately 0.45 to 4.76. The funnel plot does not show any obvious asymmetry, consistent with the results of the MR-Egger intercept and MR-PRESSO, suggesting no significant directional pleiotropy.
