本研究揭示MICT和HIIT运动训练通过显著上调db/db小鼠线粒体融合蛋白(OPA1、MFN2)和裂变蛋白(DRP1、PINK1、PARKIN)表达,改善糖尿病相关线粒体功能障碍。实验显示HIIT在提升OPA1、DRP1、PINK1表达方面优于MICT,为运动治疗糖尿病心肌病变提供分子机制证据。
(3) MICT and HIIT increase the expression of mitochondrial fusion-related proteins in db/db mice: Compared to the NC group, the protein expression of OPA1 and MFN2 in the DC group was significantly decreased (P<0.001). Compared to the DC group, the protein expression of OPA1 and MFN2 in both the MICT and HIIT groups was significantly increased (P<0.001). Compared to the MICT group, the protein expression of OPA1 in the HIIT group was significantly increased (P<0.01), while there was no significant change in the protein expression of MFN2. (4) MICT and HIIT increase the expression of mitochondrial fission-related proteins in db/db mice: Compared to the NC group, the protein expression of DRP1 in the DC group was significantly decreased (P<0.001). Compared to the DC group, the protein expression of DRP1 in both the MICT and HIIT groups was significantly increased (P<0.001). Compared to the MICT group, the protein expression of DRP1 in the HIIT group was significantly increased (P<0.05). (5) MICT and HIIT increase the expression of mitochondrial fission-related proteins in db/db mice: Compared to the NC group, the protein expression of PINK1 and PARKIN in the DC group was significantly decreased (P<0.001). Compared to the MICT group, the protein expression of PINK1 in the HIIT group was significantly increased (P<0.05), while there was no significant change in the protein expression of PARKIN.
