本文通过LEfSe分析发现COPD稳定期虚证患者微生物标志物差异,MC组显著富集链球菌anginosus等致病菌,为补虚平喘膏干预效果评估提供敏感生物标志物。研究揭示致病菌富集特征可作为中医药干预敏感性评估新指标。

LEfSe analysis further confirmed that the significantly enriched biomarkers in the MC group included Streptococcus anginosus, Dialister, and Blautia; while the NC group was significantly enriched with Fournierella and UCG-009. This indicates that, although all patients were in the stable phase of COPD with deficiency syndrome, the MC group may exhibit a more pronounced feature of "pathogenic bacteria enrichment," providing a more sensitive background for observing the intervention effects of Bu Xu Ping Chuan膏 (a traditional Chinese medicine formulation).
