A detailed medical history was obtained, and clinical symptoms were evaluated. The diagnosis of a large, broad-based polypoid lesion in the intestine was confirmed through X-ray and endoscopic examination. The polyp diameter was <5 cm, with a broad base and no adhesion to the deep muscular layer. All patients were able to tolerate surgery and anesthesia. Pathological examination excluded malignancy. Participants were fully informed of the study content and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
