Platinum-based drugs are widely used in the treatment of malignant tumors; however, platinum-based chemotherapy regimens can cause a series of adverse events (AEs) in patients, limiting their clinical application and reducing patients' quality of life. In recent years, with increasing research on platinum-induced muscular adverse reactions, patients' quality of life has been affected to varying degrees, yet there is a lack of corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures in clinical practice. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct in-depth exploration and analysis of platinum-induced muscular adverse reactions.
