铂类药物与炎性肌病关系的临床研究

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between platinum-based drugs and muscle adverse reactions, particularly inflammatory myopathy, an autoimmune muscle disease characterized by muscle inflammation and potential severe disability. A comprehensive and in-depth analysis of platinum-induced inflammatory myopathy is conducted with the hope of providing reference for risk assessment, early identification, and intervention strategies for platinum-related inflammatory myopathy in clinical practice.
