LM49镇痛活性研究：实验方法与机制分析

Methods: The analgesic activity of LM49 was investigated using the acetic acid writhing test. The site of action for the analgesic effect of LM49 was explored using the hot plate test and the formalin test. The pain threshold was assessed using the tail flick test. The effect of LM49 on inflammatory pain was evaluated in a rat migraine model. The mechanism of action for the analgesic effects of LM49 was analyzed by adding tool drugs.
