本研究揭示MICT和HIIT两种运动模式对db/db糖尿病小鼠骨骼肌线粒体质量控制的调节机制。实验显示HIIT在提升mtDNA拷贝数和NRF2、TFAM、OPA1等关键蛋白表达方面显著优于MICT,为糖尿病运动处方提供分子水平证据。
MICT and HIIT Regulate Skeletal Muscle Mitochondrial Quality Control in db/db Mice: Compared to the NC group, the mtDNA copy number in the DC group significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared to the DC group, the mtDNA copy number in both the MICT group and the HIIT group significantly increased (P<0.001). Compared to the MICT group, the mtDNA copy number in the HIIT group significantly increased (P<0.001). Compared to the NC group, the protein expression of NRF2, TFAM, OPA1, MFN2, DRP1, PINK1, and PARKIN in the DC group significantly decreased (P<0.01, P<0.001). Compared to the DC group, the protein expression of NRF2, TFAM, OPA1, MFN2, DRP1, PINK1, and PARKIN in both the MICT group and the HIIT group significantly increased (P<0.001). Compared to the MICT group, the protein expression of NRF2, TFAM, OPA1, DRP1, PINK1, and PARKIN in the HIIT group significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001), while the protein expression of MFN2 did not show a significant change.
