Clinical Applications and Research Progress of PSMA in Prostate Cancer Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) has emerged as a significant biomarker in the diagnosis, staging, and treatment of prostate cancer. Recent advancements in imaging techniques and targeted therapies have expanded the clinical utility of PSMA. This review summarizes the current applications and recent research progress of PSMA in prostate cancer, highlighting its role in molecular imaging, radiotherapy, and targeted drug delivery.
