Bioinformatics analysis was primarily conducted using R (version 4.2.1), with statistical analyses performed using GraphPad Prism. For comparisons of means between two groups, Student's t-test was used for statistical testing. Spearman’s correlation was employed to analyze the correlations between variables. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were constructed and compared using the log-rank test. Graphs were created using Origin 2024. A p-value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
