Clinical diagnosis of congenital facial paralysis in neonates is challenging, and the condition is often delayed due to its complexity. Congenital facial nerve palsy associated with ear deformities, caused by developmental factors, makes it difficult for patients to fully recover their facial functions. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment are crucial. This case report underscores the importance of diagnosing this condition in early life to prevent potential auditory and visual impairments as well as psychological issues. Identifying the underlying cause and implementing appropriate interventions are essential for improving facial function.
